Who will I vote for?
Use the survey below to answer questions about the issues and then view results that tell you which candidate you side with more. When you are taking the quiz you have some options. The first is to click 'Choose another stance', that gives you more detailed options to choose from for the question. Also, on the left of each question you will find the ability to change the importance level of the issue. Hopefully, this survey will give you information to help you know who to vote for in Election 2012.

Election 2012 - The Issues
Before a person votes, he or she should be educated on the issues and have a clear understanding of where each candidate stands. Use the 2 sites below to learn what the issues are for this election. Then decide which 2 are most important to you.
1. Read the introductions (first paragraph) for ALL of the issues first. DO NOT read where each candidate stands, yet.
Understanding the Issues by TIME for Kids - limited information, but easier reading level
CNN Politics- The Issues - offers more information, but higher level reading
2. Select which 2 issues are most important to you and write them on your Election 2012 worksheet. Give a short description of each issue on the sheet. On the back of the sheet, tell why each is so important to you.
3. Go learn about each candidate's background. Do not read about their stance on issues, just go learn about them in general.
Meet the Candidates
Barack Obama
Mitt Romney
4. Now go back to the sites and read how each candidate feels about each issue. Put a short summary of the candidates' views on your Election 2012 worksheet. Be sure to keep an open mind while reading so you give accurate and truthful summaries on your sheet.
